- Radio or telephone communication: use to relay routine messages and status updates to a dispatch center following standard operating procedures.
- Surveillance camera feeds: monitor assigned screens for unusual activity and flag anomalies to a senior guard for evaluation.
- Post orders and site maps: read and reference to understand assigned coverage areas and applicable security policies before beginning solo patrols.
Where the technique itself comes from
This module builds the judgment around the task — the standard it has to meet, what to verify, what to hand off, and where it goes wrong. It does not teach the technique. Learning to transfer a patient safely, disinfect a scope, or run a weld comes from supervised practice and your program's own training, and this assessment measures whether you have it rather than replacing it.
