Cold recall: terms, tolerances, and the rules you don't get to look up

Move the sector's non-negotiables from "I could find that" to "I know that", because on the floor there is no lookup step.

Target level: Emerging Just beginning to learn or acquire the skill.

Why this design

Short, repeated, spaced recall until it's automatic. Safety rules, terminology, tolerances, codes — content that must be recalled cold.

What this evidences

  • core×1 at Emerging

By the end, the learner can

  • Customer transaction confidentiality: follow established protocols under direct supervisor guidance in a casino cage environment.
  • Gaming regulations: recognize and apply basic compliance rules when processing transactions under close oversight.
  • Cage security procedures: adhere to standard access and verification steps with direct supervision during each shift.

Where the technique itself comes from

This module builds the judgment around the task — the standard it has to meet, what to verify, what to hand off, and where it goes wrong. It does not teach the technique. Learning to transfer a patient safely, disinfect a scope, or run a weld comes from supervised practice and your program's own training, and this assessment measures whether you have it rather than replacing it.

Nobody has attached training for this sector yet. An instructor can add it under the sector's resources, and it will appear here for every participant.
