- Customer account records: retrieve and verify using database software under the guidance of an experienced clerk.
- Simple numerical calculations related to transaction amounts: perform accurately using workplace tools in a supervised setting.
Where the technique itself comes from
This module builds the judgment around the task — the standard it has to meet, what to verify, what to hand off, and where it goes wrong. It does not teach the technique. Learning to transfer a patient safely, disinfect a scope, or run a weld comes from supervised practice and your program's own training, and this assessment measures whether you have it rather than replacing it.
