By the end, the learner can

• Performance standard setting: define key performance indicators for ramp efficiency and compliance, monitor results station-wide, and drive continuous improvement cycles.
• Sanitation protocol development: design and implement fleet-wide sanitation standards for linens, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulatory and health authority requirements.
