Foundation

The part that transfers, whatever they do next.

Durable skills, AI at work, and work readiness — assessed and taught without committing anyone to a sector. For intake cohorts before people have chosen a track, and for programs running several tracks that share a foundation.

Scenarios still come from a real sector, because a scenario has to happen somewhere and “in a workplace” teaches nobody anything. What the result claims is foundational readiness — it makes no claim about any sector's own technical work, which is not assessed here.

What is in it

Durable skills

7 modules · 503 min

The ten domains, weighted by what this sector's occupations actually demand.

AI at work

3 modules · 262 min

The AI use already documented in these occupations, and the judgment it requires.

Work readiness

3 modules · 176 min

Safety, compliance, workplace norms, and turning evidence into a hire.

Capstone

2 modules · 141 min

One artifact and one interview that carry the weight of the whole program.

What it does not include

The sector's own technical work. A foundational program drops that strand entirely, so there is no sector-core badge to earn and no entry-level readiness claim for a particular sector. Participants earn badges for durable skills, AI at work, work readiness, and the capstone — which is mapped to a sector but not gated on its technical content.

Or start from a sector

If the cohort already knows what they are training for, the full program adds that sector's own work on top of everything above.
